## Executive Summary
When the founders at Phasis Inc. sought to develop a platform for orienting AI agents, they turned to graphs as a way to obtain a measurement of culture. The company wanted to better understand relations not just between people, but between a person and their values, beliefs and subcultures.

## Why It Matters (Strategic Analysis)
While LLM reasoning capabilities have scaled rapidly, operational agents lack persistent domain expertise and reality alignment, forcing them to repeatedly construct fragmented context from scratch. Phasis addresses this architectural gap by supplying maintained, evidence-backed World models that ground agent execution in verified, fast-changing real-world data.
