## Executive Summary
Small business team management company Homebase today introduced Homebase Assistant, an artificial intelligence tool for owners who run hourly teams without a back office. Homebase bills it as the only AI built specifically for that market.

## Why It Matters (Strategic Analysis)
Small business operations frequently suffer from administrative latency because owners manage floor operations during daytime hours and handle desk work late at night. Deploying autonomous execution systems to resolve shift coverage and timecard discrepancies directly attacks administrative bottlenecks without requiring dedicated back-office personnel.
