Spidits is a technology news aggregator. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged infringement.
Publisher and Rights Holder Requests
If you are a publisher, creator, or copyright holder and object to the inclusion of your feed or content on Spidits, please notify us. We operate an automated source catalog policy and will disable aggregation of your feed or adjust attribution parameters within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
To report a copyright infringement claim, please send a written communication to our designated agent at hello@spidits.com with the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, including the URL path on Spidits;
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected publisher or source provider.
